Sake enters western wine lists: Non-Asian restaurants are discovering a new friend for food

A new Japanese drink, sake, which is lighter and less acidic than wine, has successfully gained good position into the wine lists of western restaurants. American chefs are inventively complementing sake, made up of fermented rice and water, with different light and heavy gastronomic items.
