Easter dinners are traditionally celebrated with an elaborate fare of festive dishes, including roast lamb. A typical dinner for eight people could consist of roast leg of lambe, green beans, spring green salad, honey-cheese pie, shrimp soup and pine nut dolmades. Recipes are included.
