A complete nutritional meal that was prepared to fit the American diet in the 21st century is presented. The meal is composed of roasted carrot and tomato soup with basil, roasted salmon with orange-herb sauce, rice and wheat berry pilaf with baby spinach an oatmeal, almond, pear and plum crisp.
