Barbaresco
Article Abstract:
Barbaresco is a red Italian wine made of Nebbiolo grapes that grow in Piedmont's Langhe hills. Like Barolo, Barbaresco is an excellent wine, although it was considered mediocre until the mid 19th century. A history of the grape, the wine, and the region is given.

Wine on wine: a sequence of bottles
Article Abstract:
A series of wines was served with a dinner of mussel soup, salad, boiled beef with vegetables and cheeses. An analysis of the effects of serving certain wines is sequence is presented. Wines discussed include two Pauillac and one Napa Valley wine.
