More people are preparing nutritious and tasty meatless main dishes. Grains, beans and pasta are the basic ingredients of these dishes, which are rich in complex carbohydrates. Out of these ingredients, rice pancake with chunky Tex-Mex sauce and pasta with sweet potatoes and brocolli can be prepared.

An omega-3 update
Article Abstract:
Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids that protect against heart disease and strokes because of their anti-blood clotting action. Fish is also lower in calories and saturated fat than red meat. Salmon, bluefin tuna, mackerel, sardines and anchovies are especially high in omega-3 acids.
