Leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner can be creatively turned into other main dishes that are low in fat and calories. Recipes for broiled portobello mushrooms with zucchini-scallion topping and turkey, potato, and roasted garlic ravioli with sun-dried tomato sauce are given.
