Nick Martschenko, executive sous-chef at Gramercy Tavern, New York learned gardening lessons from Paulette and her husband, Eberhard Miller who together run Satur Farms, a 50-acre natural produce farm in Cutchogue as a Palladin Foundation internship. Among other things, Nick learned seeding an array of herbs and number of vegetables including radishes, chives, and parsley.
