Back to the basics of the Constitution
Article Abstract:
Federal judges have been expanding their roles and making policy since about 1937. However, the writers of the Constitution had intended for the courts only to interpret laws. Constitutional law may be shifting back to a higher importance of state and local governments rather than a powerful federal system.

Veterans: Rally America!
Article Abstract:
The September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks are being called an act of war and Americans are urged to act accordingly. Veterans are urged to comfort and counsel other Americans who have not seen the horrors of war firsthand. We are reminded that the loss of innocent life is the cost of democracy and freedom.

Law professors support CFA
Article Abstract:
The personal opinions of two professors of law are presented, declaring their support of the Citizens Flag Alliance, and for the American Legion. Both supporters have provided legal advice for the organisation and have represented it in the media and in testimony before the U.S. Senate.
