'Dean' of NEC passes away at 88

World War II navy veteran, E. Roy Stone, died at his home in Greenville, South Carolina on April 29, 2001, at the age of 88. Stone was a member of the American Legion from 1946, and he served on its National Executive Committee from 1953.
