A freelance writer discusses about the care and attention provided by the hospice nurses and other hospice staff when his mom was suffering from diarrhea and vomiting as a result of the side effect of 15 different drugs. The hospice staff paid attention, in particular, to the likes and dislikes of the patient, that helped him and his dad to face the difficult situation of his mother's illness with a great relief.
