The fourth International Submarine Races, held for human-powered submarines, featured a number of entrants from the US, Canada, and Mexico, with the 'No Problems' vessel the only entry from a high school. The vessel, built by the Churchill High School in Potomac, MD, completed the run in 1.97 knots speed.
