Hideki Yokoi, his daughter Kiiko Nakahara, Donald Trump, and Leona Helmsley all believe they should own the Empire State Building. Yokoi and Nakahara allegedly acquired the building through illegal means. Nakahara gave an interest in the building to Trump, and Helmsley has a lease on the building.
