Maple syrup, which is collected in the form of maple sap in the springtime and processed during the rest of the year, is used in a wide variety of dishes in Wisconsin. Lynn Reynolds of Reynolds' Sugarbush, a maple syrup producer, shares three family maple syrup recipes.
