Let them eat bread: the new food groups
Article Abstract:
The four food groups have been replaced by a pyramid divided into six sections of differing sizes. Bread and other starches occupy the biggest section and this group should be the biggest part of the diet. Two 1,200-calorie diets based on the old and new plans are included.
