Hail rosemary

Rosemary adds a woodsy, hearty flavor to foods that is reminiscent of autumn. Its strong odor has made the herb popular in religion and folklore. It should be used sparingly because of its strong flavor. Recipes for focaccia, marinade and confit using rosemary are presented.
