Papa Cards's boiled fish

A lady remembers her father-in-law's personal recipe for preparing boiled fish. He would place two or more pounds of whole cleaned, gutted fish in a large container, fill it with water to nearly cover the fish and add salt on top. He served the tender fish flesh with melted butter and boiled potatoes.
