Article Abstract:
The American Legion (AL) is going to support normalization of relations with Vietnam if all MIAs and POWs are accounted for. Although AL encourages the government initiative for normal relations it deplores government's disinterest and lack of resolve in pursuing the issue of MIAs and POWs.
