Should Congress transfer the Medicaid program to states?
Article Abstract:
Two sides on the issue of Medicaid transfer to states are discussed. Sen. Mike DeWine believes that a transfer would give the states freedom to provide quality service at lower costs. Rep. Henry A. Waxman claims it is already a state-run program, and that the transfer is a radical and irresponsible act.

Should Congress reform environmental regulations?
Article Abstract:
The Republican Party believes that congress should reform environmental laws on a results-oriented approach for the protection of individual property rights. The democrats believe that the Republicans proposition would only endanger the laws that have sustained the environment for 25 years.
