Vets dream of mobile museum from LST-325
Article Abstract:
A group of U.S. Navy veterans has reclaimed a World War II Landing Ship, Tank (LST) from Greece and has returned it to the United States. The USS LST Ship Memorial, Inc. hopes to find a permament home port for the ship and to restore it for use as a floating museum.
