AGA 2003-2004: Taking accountability to the next level

As a new National President of AGA, Julin Renthrope declares the theme for 2003-04 to be "AGA-Taking Accountability to the Next level" and expects that the Association will expand its influence in making government at all levels more accountable to the people it serves. He goes on to mention the areas of emphasis and goals he wants the AGA to achieve.
