Conquering digital marks CCTV innovations
Article Abstract:
Advances in digital technology is just one of the many innovations being made in the closed-circuit television equipment surveillance sector but it is the aspect that has received most of the attention. One of the latest releases include at least two cameras equipped with what Panasonic calls the Super Dynamic II, a system that offers built-in zoom, digital storage and video motion detection. Other offerings include the Remote Watch Millenium system from ASL Alpha Systems Labs and Digital Sprite from Dedicated Micros.

San Francisco's new ballpark gets CCTV injection
Article Abstract:
Panasonic Corporate Systems Co supplied the closed-circuit television security system that is being used in the Pacific Bell Park, the new stadium of the San Francisco Giants professional baseball team. The system, which the company designed and installed, features the Super Dynamic II camera, the digital SVHS time lapse recorder, the enhanced matrix switching system and the DVD-Ram recorder/player. The system is designed to make the ballpark one of the safest in the US.

High school received donated CCTV system
Article Abstract:
Secaucus High School in Secaucus, NJ, was the recipient of an advanced video surveillance security system donated by Samsung Optoelectronics America Inc. The system is composed of 32 indoor cameras which monitor entranceways and hallways, ultra low-level light outdoor color CCD cameras to monitor the school's grounds, digital color duplex multiplexers and color CCTV monitors.
