Income taxation in a frictional labor market
Article Abstract:
Examination of welfare aspects of income taxation is now done in a different way, by using a new model of wage dispersion, which allows more insight to policy issues. A principle purpose of this paper is to show that, there are important reasons to model worker-firm interaction.
