Medicaid enrollment declines, states plan enhancements
Article Abstract:
A report by the Kaiser Family Foundation shows a decline in Medicaid enrollment. The report also shows that 42 states are planning to expand coverage for the uninsured. It is believed that the decline is caused by a better economy, lower unemployment rates, and new documentation requirements that cause delays is processing applications.
