Memphis schools find success integrated CCTV system
Article Abstract:
The Memphis City school system is relying on an integrated security system developed by systems integrator Avision to provide security in the city's 52 schools. The security system is a hands-free customized guard tour unit that can be manipulated manually when trouble occurs. There are also monitoring stations installed at the principal's, assistant principal's and secretary's offices so that these school officials can see for themselves what is happening at the school premises.
