The decline of organizations and the rise of administrators: Parkinson's Law in theory and practice
Article Abstract:
The paper offers a different interpretation on economic theorist C. Northcote Parkinson's views on organizational development, including his observation that a substantial growth in the number of administrators is a sure predictor that an organization is in permanent decline. The author argues that all large public and private organizations can experience an expansion in administration during temporary periods of decline as a result of the promotion of line workers who deserve to be protected from layoff or dismissal.

Voluntary provision of public goods: the multiple unit case
Article Abstract:
Experiments were made on core allocations in the voluntary provision of public goods under a multiple unit case. The same experiments were conducted under a single unit case. In the single unit case game theory, a pre-determined fixed level must be produced, while in a multiple unit case the citizens must determine the amount and at what cost to produce. According to the results of the experiments, the single unit case is much more effective in implementing the core allocation.

Surplus from publicness in consumption and its equitable distribution
Article Abstract:
A study on the distributive equity asserts that there is an equal distribution of public good resources and surplus on the condition that the surplus is defined and quantified. It was also proven that an unequal distribution exists in the Lindahl equilibria and core allocation of public good surplus given equal distribution of social endowments. Lastly, there should be an income redistribution policy to implement equitable surplus distribution.
