Lost in the fast lane
Article Abstract:
Many healthcare executives whose organizations are involved in mergers or consolidations fail to adequately address the human costs that such transactions entail. Respondents to a survey conducted by Clarke suggested that frequent, honest communication and constant morale boosting are among the factors that can help employees weather a merger.
