Murdaugh, PhD, RN, FAAN, professor, Assoc Dean of Research, College of Nursing, Univ of South Carolina. Dr. Murdaugh advanced when she had opportunities to learn from others since growing does not take place in a vacuum, but with caring, mentoring, and support of others.
