10 years beyond the Health Security Act failure
Article Abstract:
Ten years after the failure of president Clinton's Health Security Act (HSA), the Unites States continues to face multiple stresses in health care. Neither incremental legislation nor private sector changes in health care organization, and financing during the past decade are ameliorating the problems addressed by the HSA, thus making ways for new troubles to emerge.

Towards evidence-based policy making and standardized assessment of health policy reform
Article Abstract:
The article suggests that policy decisions relevant to health care need to be viewed and examined from the important avenues of access and income besides others in a bid to prevent unintended and undetected health problems.
