A practical approach to promote reflective practice within nursing

Reflection, an examination of personal thoughts and actions though is considered a valuable tool to help nurses recognize their own strengths and weaknesses many considered it as a difficult concept. Various myths surrounding the reflective practice are dispelled and some examples help the nurses to know its benefits in personal and professional grounds.
