Pressure gauge
Article Abstract:
Nurses are discontent, working too many shifts in succession, and want to feel more valued, according to the Royal College of Nursing (RCN). The RCN believes that the government needs to find a long term way of solving the shortage of nurses. If the 2000 pay award is insufficient, the good of the 1999 recruitment campaign and pay award will be undone, according to the nursing body.
