Men should pay attention to their personal hygiene. A good hygiene day would start with use of a facial cleanser followed by a tepid shower and scrub with a loofa. Shaving in the shower is effective as the hair is softest in the steam. Tips for maintenance of nose hair, tooth brushing, and other grooming issues are presented.
