Nurses have become more professionally independent, ambitious and career-oriented, and there are more male nurses as well as female doctors. Experienced nurses do not often act on recommendations of junior doctors. Doctors and nurses should learn to lead and be led regardless of gender or discipline to provide quality healthcare.

Frostbite can be defined as acute freezing of the tissues as a result of exposure to low environmental temperatures below the freezing point of intact skin. The severity of frostbite injury depends on the environmental temperature to which the skin is exposed and to how long it is exposed to a low temperature.
