Can nurses fix the NHS?
Article Abstract:
The major effort that has to be put in to change the entire management of NHS and to tackle various problems like huge debts and ward inefficiencies has been the only cause behind the delay of the fixing of the place. The author suggests that giving higher authoritative powers to the nurses can actually help in solving the problem, as they are the one actually working physically in the place and hence have the capability of bringing about the desired changes.
