Neurodevelopmental and growth impairment among extremely low-birth-weight infants with neonatal infection

Antepartum dental radiography and infant low birth weight
Article Abstract:
Antepartum dental radiography in pregnant women was associated with an increased risk for a low-birth-weight (LBW) infant. Recent study provides evidence that very low-dose radiation to the maternal head-and-neck region during pregnancy is associated with LBW offspring.
