Behavior-based safety: many views, many variations
Article Abstract:
The behavior-based safety program is designed to delegate the task of safety management to the workers themselves. The employer's task of watching over the safety of his constituents may be achieved better by encouraging the management and the employees to team up for safety due to th former's numerous and diverse responsibilities. Experimentations done with the program resulted in many views regarding its implementation. However, employee trust in the behavior-based approach to safety should first be established to achieve the best results.

Custom videos focus on safety
Article Abstract:
The use of custom videos by companies to impart safety values to their employees plays a major role in the success of their safety programs. A video recording should be created in a manner that will leave an impact to the employees. The cost of making videos should only be a minor issue when the success of implementing safety guidelines is favored. Companies can either make their own video, ask the help of professionals or customize an existing video recording.
