Productive coughs are ones that produce phlegm to clear respiratory infections. These coughs should not be inhibited by cough suppressants and other medications. Allowing the body to respond to muscular backaches, diarrhea, and other ailments is discussed.

Athletes need to take days off in their training program to prevent injuries. Athletes can play more often by exercising three or four times per week without injuries than by exercising every day and dealing with certain injuries.
