Building a successful team through collaboration
Article Abstract:
An influence-leadership approach was used successfully to build interdisciplinary teams among nurses in satellite ambulatory care clinics. The director of nursing service was responsible for quality nursing care at ten clinics without direct supervisory responsibility for the nurses. The FISH award, for Fantastic Innovative Safeguard of Health, was instituted for peer recognition. The fish motif became popular among staff members in conjunction with Dudley Lynch's 'Strategy of the Dolphin.'

Do theoretical bridges exist between perceptual experience and neurophysiology?
Article Abstract:
Many neuroscientists have been trying to gather evidences that perceptual phenomena can be reductively explained by neurophysiological mechanisms. There is, however, a growing body of evidence which contends that there is a limit to the use of neurophysiological terms as a basis for explaining psychophysics. While there are problems on which neuroreductionism can be applied, it is also true that all phenomena are ultimately neural.
