The author believes that nurses do not often enough show true care to their patients. He believes that nurses should show through their actions, as well as through their words that they are truly caring human beings, because it is through their actions that patients understand the meaning of care.

Nursing is a job that needs dedicating oneself in providing utmost care and working in a culture of caring. This creates a better impression on the profession, and to gain this the nurses need to be watchful of their own behavior and attitudes and those of others.
