Article Abstract:
A case study of a 71-year-old woman with Crohn's disease and altered mental status is illustrated. The anatomical diagnosis has described that the patient had diffuse large-B-cell lymphoma, was Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive and was associated with iatrogenic immunosuppression and the clinical diagnosis has suggested a probable non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
