Article Abstract:
The direct and non-recycled disposal of waste in dustbins, including recyclable paper and dressing used for a patients' care, is a common practice in U.K. hospitals. The author suggests that conservation of electricity and recycling of waste can help cash-strapped hospitals save a great amount of money that would also prove to be an achievement towards creating a better planet and environment.
