Contract bridge
Article Abstract:
Management and control of contract workers in companies is difficult. A case study was made of a particular mill and questionnaires were sent to 6 other organisations to ascertain the steps being taken by companies to prevent occupational health and safety risks. The questionnaires showed that the organisations expect contractors to comply with their health and safety procedures and that various changes have been made to include contractors in in-depth health and safety training procedures.
