Cry freedom
Article Abstract:
Freedom to enhance the spiritual dimension in nursing could transform the healing profession. Spirituality is a fundamental element in an individual's choice to enter the nursing profession, and nurses should be able to cherish and express their spirituality. Nurses should have support in their own spiritual growth, and they should be able to perceive their patients as spiritual beings and respond to their spiritual needs. This would reveal a new understanding of life and illness.
