Delegating tasks and growing the dental team
Article Abstract:
Dentists more often than not end up doing work that can be done by others within the dental team because it is easier to do someone else's job than to use the measures needed to change the situation. The steps provided permit dentists to operate at the highest level of their capacity, diagnosing and treating patients all throughout the day, while having the team handle support functions and administrative work needed for the success of the team.
