Dihydrocodeine tartrate
Article Abstract:
Dihydrocodeine tartrate is an analgesic used to manage moderate to severe pain. It acts on opiate receptors in the central nervous system and inhibits pain pathways, increasing pain threshold and lessening the perception of pain. Some of the side-effects encountered in the use of the drug are discussed.
