They recommend increasing intake of dark green vegetables?such as?spinach and romaine lettuce. And they also recommend eating breakfast foods such as cereal, fruit, nuts and yoghurt. Eating in the morning can help one lose weight by jumpstarting the metabolism.?No guilt snack foods include hard candy, nuts, Kudos bars and oatmeal.?
