The group Education International brings together 140 countries under the auspices of promoting investment in health education. The alliance with WHO allows Education International to integrate its services with practical health programs which reinforces the effectiveness of both.

Intestinal worms

Roughly 400 million students around the world suffer from intestinal worm infections which greatly hamper their development and learning ability. Interdicting these infections in schools has proven to be an effective and economical way to address this problem.
