Erectile dysfunction following radical prostatectomy
Article Abstract:
A case of a 51-year-old man with adenocarcinoma of the prostate is presented who underwent a bilateral nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy, after which he lost natural erectile function for approximately nine months. The case emphasizes that despite expert application of the nerve-sparing prostatectomy technique, early recovery of natural erectile function is uncommon.

Obesity and erectile dysfunction
Article Abstract:
An evidence of efficacy for what perhaps should be the first-line treatment for obese patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) is studied. It is reported that the weight loss in obese men was associated with a lowering of the serum concentrations of the inflammatory markers measured, and the significant improvement in endothelial function.
