Various factors like the site configuration and biochemical properties highly influence the method to be used for closing traumatic wounds, as all such wounds are different and require proper assessment and correct decision-making for a fast and effective healing. The author figures out the advantages, as well as the disadvantages of using various things, like sutures, skin-closure strips and tissue adhesives for closing the wounds, as a proper choice is very essential for an effective healing.
