The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) operate various programs and alliances encouraging small firms especially those relating to the construction and other related industries for adopting safety measures. OSHA has introduced several programs such as Special Government Employees Program and Challenge in this aspect. An analysis on the way these programs are implemented is presented.
