Fatigue: A cue to rest, or a sign of something more?
Article Abstract:
The lifestyle factors, including poor sleep, stress or the schedule that's too full often results in fatigue, but prolonged fatigue may be a sign of an underlying medical problem that requires a doctor's care. Anemia, cancer, depression, diabetes, heart attack, infections, sleep disorders, thyroid problems and other health related problems cause fatigue while changes in the daily routine such as managing stress, eating well, being active and having good sleep habits would help in fighting it.
